What is Partitures.net
Say Partitures.net (Musicsheets.net, translated) is the same to say free music sheets on the net. The project have as a first objective make free around the world public domain scores (for its composer dead or copyrights expiration). We hope music editors have had for many years the monopoly of editing music, and with internet expansion the music sheet world was sleeping while this social revolution... The copyleft is making itself hard and strong, and we believe too in a future without limitations on copy, creation, distribution or modification of existing works.
How can I help?
Don't be afraid for upload a file on PNET. Everybody can do it (for editing isn't necessary to be registered. For uploads is necessary), and recommend you be courageous. The first could you make is search something to improve: content, style, format or gramathics and, fix up!
If you make something wrong don't worry, all we made many, and hardly ever have a solution. All editions made on a wiki are registered, and if is necessary could been reverted to a previous version of the article. If you make a mistake you can solve it! and if not, somebody make it. Go, edit composer's page, works, upload new files, improve the style, make what you want and help PNET to be the best free scores site around world!
