What I have to do for editing?
You have to know project runs correctly we have to follow a determined styleguides- The cathalogation of music sheets wouldn't be a result of chance, and is because of it we place a template where we describe all information concerning the detailed work. This template have to be placed on every work we edit.
When I want to upload a music sheet what I have to place in a page?
You have to place the next:
{{PaginaMetacaja|pagina=Work's title - Opus (Author)|sel=3}}
This creates a language box with Spanish as the fisrt language. Once you make it you will have to click on the red link with the name:
Plantilla:Work's title - Opus (Author)
And then place on the template Plantilla:Obra/es, with the necessary content
Then you can create the translations for all languages. On "PaginaMetacaja" template we change the "sel" variable between 1, 2, or others, referring to the tab we want to active at every case. Once you made it you can repeat the process made with Spanish option, copying the template made before but changing "Obra/es" for "Obra/XX", where XX is referring to the concrete language. In English it would be "en".
Which is our recommended score format?
We recommend the preferred use of MusiXML, international estandar of music edition, readed and writed by programs like Sibelius or Finale, the most famous music editting software. This permits the estandarised edition. At its defect we recommend the PDF files, because they are self-converting there in a "estandarised" file type.
And, if I have another version of an existing work?
We have another template for this cases (Plantilla:ObraAlt/es), for seconds or thirds versions of a work. At first would be placed the best file, with its best image quality, size, etc. Your judgement is necessary here, and you have to compare and place work first or in a second place.
